Yay! You are ready to start the process!
You’ve thoroughly combed through our website and Instagram feed and you like what you see. If we are a good fit for your style and budget, contact us to begin the process! We’ll email over some detailed information about the process and a calendar link to set up an appointment for your design consultation.

STEP TWO
LET’S MEET!
…and now the fun begins!
During your consultation in our beautiful studio, you’ll peruse samples, touch and feel the papers offered, and experience the various print methods and colors in-person. We’ll finalize your design and expertly guide you through the wording and details of your suite. Can’t make it to the Cape? Virtual consultations are available, however we recommend meeting in-person when possible.

STEP THREE
THE FINE PRINT
it’s proposal time
A custom proposal is prepared based on your design consultation and emailed along with our stationery contract. Proposals are typically sent 1 – 2 weeks after your design consultation. Upon receipt of your signed contract and retainer, the design process begins!

STEP FOUR
PRETTY THINGS
It’s really happening!
Time for proofs! You will be presented with your invitation proofs 1- 3 weeks after accepting the proposal and completing the contract and retainer. Once all the edits are complete and everything has been carefully reviewed, it’s time for you to approve and send them into production!

STEP FIVE
LABOR OF LOVE
Let us do what we do…
It’s all in our hands now! Our team will lovingly craft your invitations using the highest quality papers, print processes, and embellishments. The hardest part is waiting for them to be completed! Most wedding invitations take 3-5 weeks to produce, so plan ahead and start the process early!

THEY’RE READY!
Time to swoon…and mail!
Your invitations are ready and can be picked up in our studio, or we will carefully package and ship. In addition to a completed sample suite, a helpful mailing guide is included to help you expertly stuff and mail your beautiful invitations. Time to celebrate…and reach out to start designing your day-of paper goods if you haven’t already!
